Founded in 1949 as a sound and paging company, Indiana Electronics & Communications was dedicated to providing secure sound and communications equipment to the school and hospital market in the Michiana area. This market demanded quality products in a 24/7 environment. The company positioned itself as the premier provider of these services from 1954 until 1980. In 1978 the company was sold to the Harold George who brought a strong background in the telecommunications field. After a short time the company decided to focus on telecommunications and divested of it interest in sound and paging markets. The company however brought the ethic of quality products and 24/7 service into the telecommunications arena for the general business market in Michiana. In 2004, the company determined that a new team of technology professionals would be needed to implement the technologies of LAN/WAN, VoIP and Managed Services. The transition that started in 2004 was completed in 2012, with a new team and new ownership. Extensive technology and service experience allows our team to develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients unique communication needs and respond to those needs quickly and efficiently.
